Customer Relationship Management

  Log In
To log into the Client Manager: Simply go to www.yourdomain.dashboardpro.net and enter your User ID and Password. Once you are logged into the Dashboard, you are automatically logged into each of the other management tools that are part of your agreement - including the Client Manager.
     
  Client Search
Enables you to search your clients/customers by Organization Name, URL, When to Invoice, or History.
     
  Add New Client
To add a new customer or client, simply click the Add New Client button fill out the brief information form, hit submit and confirm.
     
  View All Invoices
To view a list of all invoices, hit the View All Invoices button.
     
 

View Invoice Details
To view the details for a specific invoice, just click on the Invoice number.

     
 

Modify Invoice
To modify an invoice, click Modify Invoice, make the necessary changes, and click Submit at the bottom of the page.

     
 

Create New Invoice
When you search for a specific client, if they do not appear in the search results, you must Add New Client before you are able to create a new invoice. If the client is already in the database, click Organization Name in the search results.

     
  Sales Tax Status
When you add a new client to the Client Manager, make sure to indicate Yes or No in the Tax Exempt field. If you select No, the required 8.25% sales tax will automatically be calculated whenever you create a new invoice for this client.
     
  Create New Invoice
To create a new invoice, simply click Create Invoice and fill in the appropriate fields. The contact information and even the Invoice date will automatically appear, so, all you will need to enter are the items in 10 - 13 below:
     
  Send Method
E-mail, Fax, Mail, or In Person.
     
 

Terms
Payable On Receipt, Net Five Days, or even, Paid in Full.

     
 

Special Notes
There are two fields of Special Notes. The first becomes part of the viewable invoice, while the second is viewable only as part of the Invoice Manager.

     
 

Invoice Content
Enter the Description, Quantity, Unit of Measure, and Unit Price for each product or service, scroll to the bottom of the page, and hit Submit. And finally, select either Make Changes or Confirm.

     
 

View Invoice
Next, select View Invoice. This will enable you to view your Invoice, including Sales Tax (when applicable) Total Amount Due, Amount Paid, and Balance Due.

     
 

Print/E-mail
Next, click the Print/E-mail button.

     
  To Print:
Simply select Print under the File menu at the top of your Internet Explorer web browser.
     
  To E-mail:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to enter:
From:
To:
Subject:
Additional Note(s)
     
  Optional: Please include the Invoice Number with your Payment
Simply check the box to display when printing or e-mailing.
